Creative ideas to transform the clothes you no longer wear
Fashion completes a cycle where each garment is born and eventually ends up dying, and being forgotten, but it should not always be like this. If you checked your closet, and you saw a lot of old clothes, don't throw it away before knowing how you can transform the clothes you no longer wear.

There are stores that sell you patches with all kinds of images and figures that are ideal for this type of adaptation, giving it a retro and urban style.
But if you want something different, you can opt for a piece of fabric with a striking color or texture.
The animal print is a style that fits this trend very well, and although the patches are applicable to almost everything, their best image is on denim.
Long dresses
The one that at one time was perhaps your outfit for a gala night and elegance can now be something more mischievous and daring.
Your dress can now be parted down the middle and create a beautiful skirt, or you can make it cooler just by ditching the collar and sleeves.
Another option is to fit it a little more to the body and make cuts that show a little of the abdomen. You can also ask a seamstress to make you a neckline in the back to change the essence.
Ripped jeans
Jeans are a very versatile garment that has stood out in different styles and adapts to many scenarios, which allows us to be very creative.
The simplest and most useful touch is to pick up hems, this will make you look a little taller and on trend.
Ripped jeans never go out of style, they are sexy and not all of them come from stores. To do this, poke a few holes in those old pants and adjust them to look great.
However, if holes are the problem then cover them up with an eye-catching piece of fabric like lace.
Your jeans will be pants until you decide on some denim shorts, the length and tightness is to your liking and this cut does not require to be stylized.
On the other hand, if you have ones that no longer fit at the waist, you can make an opening on the side, add rings and braid them.
Wide flannels
If you are skinny and for some reason you find an XXL flannel in your closet, you will like this idea.
These flannels are easily converted into a rustic dress, eliminating the sleeves, widening the neckline and adjusting it to your waist with a wide belt.
If you are looking for something simpler, make a couple of cuts in the front that allow you to tie knots at the waist, and that's it, makeover. Something a little more daring is to eliminate the fabric from the back as a neckline, with respect to this, there are many cut models that can work for you.
Another option with the plus flannels is to generate cuts in half, both in the abdomen and in its sleeves. With this you will get a crop top very urban style.
Finally, if you want to look trendy, remove the sleeves and with the scissors make many fringes at the bottom, because regardless of their length they will look sophisticated.
Dress shirts
Possibly, there are a couple of dress shirts in your closet that may not even be yours, and although you still do not see it, it may be that this garment is a beautiful short dress.

It's pretty simple, but a little lasso can make a big difference. If you have a classic sweatshirt with a thick round neck, introduce a ribbon in it, which allows you to make a bow in front, because by combining the colors well you will have a renewed image.
If you want a touch of mischief, make a cut along its sleeves and create a side opening, then braid it or join it in separate stitches that reveal your arms.
Lastly, don't forget that you can have a cute crop top with sleeves by cutting off the bottom.
